For on-location appointments, we’re also available to travel outside the Bay Area to select locations throughout California for special events and occasions—just ask!

✨What’s Included
- All makeup services (excluding Soft Makeup) include false strip eyelashes.
🗓️Booking & Deposit
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve and secure your wedding date for all bridal and wedding party hair and makeup services, whether in-studio or on-site.
- All on-location services include a 20% gratuity and an on-location travel fee.
- We encourage clients to review all pricing and policies before booking.

You are considered a Bride if you are having any type of wedding ceremony or celebration, including:
- Elopements
- Vow renewals
- Civil ceremonies

Bridal trials are not self-booked online. Our team personally schedules all bridal trials to ensure artist availability, timing, and that the same artist is reserved for both your trial and wedding day. A Vagaro account is required to view availability and book.
🧖♀️Bridal Trial Policy
- Bridal trial appointments are unavailable on Saturdays. Friday and Sunday trial appointments may be available with advance scheduling.
- Please email us before booking a bridal hair or makeup trial.
- Trials are only scheduled once we confirm availability for your wedding date.
- A trial is required for the Bride and optional for the wedding party.

🌬️Airbrush Makeup
Airbrush foundation is applied using a handheld air-compressor that lightly mists the foundation onto the skin instead of using a brush or sponge. This creates a smooth, well-blended finish with customizable coverage from light to full, while feeling lightweight and comfortable on the skin.

All Brides must complete the Bridal Inquiry Form before scheduling a trial or moving forward with wedding services.
This form allows us to gather the essential details needed to properly plan, organize, and tailor your experience. It ensures we can:

- Prepare professionally behind the scenes
- Create a streamlined, stress-free experience for you on the wedding day

Because styles vary (ex: hair up vs hair down, natural vs smoky), packages may be adjusted to reflect chosen services.
Packages are curated for convenience and represent bundled individual services. Travel and gratuity are not included.
💳Payment Schedule
- Bridal trial services are paid in full on the day of the trial
- Your trial artist is scheduled for your wedding day.
- In the rare event of illness or emergency, another qualified Glam Bar artist will be assigned to care for you.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date
- Remaining balance is due on the wedding day
- Gratuity and travel fees are not included and will apply to all on-location services.

Our Elite Glam makeup service is designed for brides who want a high-impact, fully customized glam look. This may include full face makeup, cut-crease eye makeup, vibrant or colorful shadow, glitter or shimmer, dramatic intensity around the eyes, sculpted highlight and contour, and your preferred lash style. Fantasy, whimsical, editorial, or themed bridal looks can also be created to match your vision.
