Pricing, Deposits & Payments

• All pricing and timing is non-negotiable for any service provided by The Glam Bar™.
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Appointments are not guaranteed without a paid deposit.
• A valid debit or credit card must be on file, and a 3.5% processing fee applies to all card transactions.
• All makeup appointments (except for Soft Makeup) include false lashes at no additional charge.
• Early Bird Fee has been discontinued.

Reminders & Confirmation

•  Once your appointment is scheduled in Vagaro, you will receive automatic reminders 48 hours and 24 hours in advance.
•  Please review all information provided in your confirmation email and Pre-Appointment Disclosure to ensure you arrive prepared.

👰‍♀️ Bridal Policy

You are considered a Bride if you are getting married or holding a ceremony of any kind—this includes elopements, vow renewals, civil ceremonies, receptions, or backyard weddings.

Your services will be booked and upgraded accordingly.

💄 Hair Services Add-On

• If you have long or thick hair, an additional $20 fee will apply to accommodate the necessary styling time.
• We do not accept trial appointments on Saturdays due to high demand.

🚫 Guest Policy

To maintain a calm and professional environment, we kindly ask that clients do not bring additional guests or children to their appointment.

However, we understand that life happens, and we’re happy to make exceptions with advance notice—especially in the case of emergencies or if a child is receiving a service.

If you’d like to bring someone with you, please contact us ahead of time so we can prepare accordingly. If space allows and the studio isn’t at full capacity, we’re always happy to accommodate when possible.

🥂 Personal food and drinks are welcome, and we offer complimentary water, wine, and light refreshments during your visit.

🎯 Style Preparation

• Please email or text us a clear inspiration photo of the makeup or hairstyle you desire prior to your appointment.
• You’re welcome to arrive as you are—bare-faced is preferred, but we offer makeup remover and skincare if needed.
• For dry styling services (such as Hollywood waves, half-up/half-down, curls, or bridal hairstyles), hair must be 100% clean and dry upon arrival.
• A $15 rough blow-dry fee will be added if your hair is wet or damp.
